Great location near shopping and local spots! The owner is super friendly, and the place is kept clean. While the walls can be thin and the wifi a bit shaky, it's a cozy spot for budget travelers. Just remember to bring earplugs and a sleep mask!

Overall it was reasonably spacious, with a shared bathroom. There were an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and a microwave.

The hotel was in a particularly good location, close to night market. Besides, we were just off the center, mono rail station, and other shops and restaurants like Burger King, McDonald's.

we had a fantastic stay at the Factory. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and only a short stroll from the main attractions. the rooms were always tidy and comfy, and we appreciated the friendly assistance from the staff. the atmosphere was welcoming and laid-back, with great common areas where we could meet other travelers. we’ll definitely be back for another visit!

The hotel was what we liked during weekend. The property was close enough to the main attractions and other shops and restaurants like Burger King, McDonald's, and monorail station, Jl. Alor, and Lalaport thanks to its magnificent and marvellous location. Furthermore, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

I booked a room with a kitchen and the refrigerator and washing machine worked perfectly.

The twin room with a kitchen was great, and the location was ideal being close to popular attractions, various shops and eateries, as well as Chinatown.

I must say, I was impressed with the vast database offered by this accommodation. the search filters made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.

The only downside I found was that some of the photos of the rooms were not very clear.

The location here was amazing, within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit, and the room was spotless with convenient amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, and air conditioning.
